Ford Mondeo (UK) DVD navigation - how to get the DVD out

The DVD inside my unit was not reading properly, but I couldn't find how to remove the DVD to clean it. Searched high and low on the internet for some help, but in the end the dealer showed me.
For anyone else with the same problem, here is how you do it...

@merqury5 (wow! late reply, sorry!) The sat nav still works fine, but have to bring a screwdriver to flick the roller over if I ever eject the DVD. :S

sending us mad it seems sorted now the disc was so dirty.

Great info many thanks BUT; I have read the book and walked the walk but there is no way on gods earth i can work out how to use the whole sat nav ( and radio unit ) can anyone help please.
