Producer SID DAVIS, the man who made a career out of frightening children with some of the most outrageous Classroom Scare Films ever shown in schools, also tried to terrify teenagers with Damaged Goods, his only theatrical feature, which successfully merges the wholesome world of Kennedy-era kids with those sordid little sores that just won't heal.... Clean-cut track-star Jim (MORY SCHOOLHOUSE) and dull good-girl Judy (CHARLOTTE STEWART) can't wait to graduate high school and become adults. In fact, Jim doesn't like the idea of wasting four years at college" and wants to marry Judy right away. Judy thinks that's a swell idea but Judy's mom doesn't: "You're still a child!" But a darker cloud looms on the horizon when Judy's out of town one weekend and Jim and three pals including his goofy friend Monk (MICHAEL BELL, who must be The World's Only 32-Year-Old "Teen") head on down to the sleazy pleasures of Seaview where the theme music by THE VENTURES propels them from amusement arcades to a strip club and finally into the clutches of some young hookers working a bar. - Something Weird

The actress who played Jim's "good" girlfriend went on to be Ms. Beadle on "Little House in the Prairie."
