All bulldog puppies have to deal with this problem, they have to learn to get up on there own. If the owner helps them, they won't learn and the owner can't be there to help flip them over 24/7. It is a common thing you see when around any bulldog puppies. Due to their odd body shape, yes it is difficult for them to get up. Everyone seriously needs to calm down, the owner of the video was actually doing the right thing, and people will realize this if they think about it hard enough.

It's a learning experience, if he doesn't learn how to roll back over as a baby, he won't be able to do it in adulthood.

what people dont get is that bulldogs have oddly shaped backs and are very lazy. EVERY puppy goes through this. the owner is not being mean, he is actually doing the right thing because if he helped him up, he would want help every time he wanted to get up... trust me i know from experiance! so all of you who are saying the owner is horrible is showing true ingnorance. bullies have to learn on there own.
