材料:松茸菇1/2磅, 金菇1/2磅, 鮮蓮子 1包, 杞子2湯匙, 乾雪耳l安士, 羌l大片, 齋上湯10杯。

調味:冬菇味粉3大湯匙, 麻油、古月粉少許。

製法:(1) 雪耳浸透,去硬塊,撕成小塊。 (2) 鮮蓮子、杞子洗淨備用。 (3) 松茸菇、金針菇去根,洗淨,瀝乾。 (4) 將上湯、雪耳、羌煮滾後中火烹20分种。 (5) 加入其他各料及調味再煮l0分种即成。
