  • @K3yB04dG000n Look dude, I'm a Cajun, like Troy. Mentally handicapped? He's a successful business owner who's also bilingual. His Cajun accent is mostly old Canadian French, with influences of English, Spanish, West African, and Native American languages. So EXCUSE US if our accent sounds "stupid" to you. You're just another ignorant jerk, insulting part of our culture. We don't all sound that way, but many of us do, including some of my family. Keep your ignorant, derogatory CRAP to yourself.

  • literally not history

  • @TheMahagoni i mean it's on the history channel and it isn't history. science channel/discovery channel sure, put it on there. hell, maybe even animal planet, but history?

  • @MarkCSII What do you mean?

  • @wpchs09 He does NOT speak horribly. It's called a Cajun accent. Troy's bilingual. He speaks English and Cajun French. He's from an area of southern Louisiana where Cajun French is still commonly spoken, and for some of the elderly people it's spoken exclusively. I'm a Cajun as well. We don't all speak that way, but some Cajuns do. Some of my family speaks that way, and for you to refer to it as speaking horribly is insulting to our culture. Not cool at all.

  • wow..he speaks horribly

  • Ya mums sister is ya dads cousins sisters son...u inbred fuckers, with no teeth & six fingers on each hand !

  • @phatsam199 Yeah, I know that, "phat." It's scarab, btw. My issue is the fact that this is completely undisguised bullshit. It's not even *thinly* veiled. It's as if they were calling every viewer a complete idiot who would believe a 150 pound animal weighed "400 pounds." Even people of average intelligence can tell that's nonsense. And bucko, I can tell you for a fact that average intelligence is just "talking ape."

  • i think its hilarious lookin at all the idiots talkin shit about stuff they have no idea about. how would you like havin a big ass gator in your backyard? didnt think so. quit bein tree huggers and let the REAL men do their job. I'm from Texas, and I know some Cajuns. They're good, hard working people

  • I like the show, but what I dont understand is the camera angles. Can someone explain how theyre recording in the same water were the alligator is at?

  • @scarabmango - its a reality television show scar... nothing is real with reality television... like wrestling, the height & weight of wrestlers are not accurate, but we watch for the entertainmen..

  • The weights of the gators are so comically exaggerated on this show. The narrator says "450 pounder" and then some skinny guy picks it all the way up and drops it in the boat. As if. Oh, and let's not forget those "900 pounders." Ah, but two skinny guys have that covered, right? Only the weight of an adult male grizzly bear, after all. Such horseshit.
