The Park at Midtown

Formerly down under apartments in Tallahassee Florida. Now run by a company called LYN. This is a low rent area and it shows in the kind of problems you will deal with on a day to day basis. Things may have changed, but I don't think they have. This is the lower end and what I was willing to and able to record. The fights and armed robberies are what I couldn't catch. A gay kid was beat with a brick here. A car was set on fire and many other things since I called it quits on this place. A public housing project , the public health department and the poorest area in all of tallahassee surround you. You cannot safely walk or ride a bicycle to campus. Live here if you dare. It could be the last place you ever live . It is truly a place where no one renews and people break leases in fear of there lives. Nobody says anything good about this place and past staff will not help you or care about whatever has happened to you.

i remember this day though i use to own the LS in the video and they broke into it a couple of weeks after this incident heard my alarm from the 3rd floor went outside to my balcony saw them in my car then they saw me they grabbed what they could and to add insult to injury broke out my back lights and tpd was fed up with this (since they would pull the fire alarms daily) so they were no help this place SUCKS anyone moving to Tallahassee avoid this place like the fucking plague that it is

@tonydelz funny u should say that the little kid in the begining of the video is actually walking by the basketball court trust me they dont use it the kids on the other side of the fence would just come over to make hell of the complex and no one did anything about it

they really need a basketball court, park wise. not being racist, shit iam black. i just know that sports keeps alot of kids out of trouble. black, white, hispanic, whatever. if your young and bored, your most likely gonna get into trouble. an idle mind is the devils playground
