Tzaddikim are always defined by humility. No true tzaddik would ever want anyone to worship or idolize them, G-d forbid. There only goal would be to bring people closer to Hashem and Torah.

I agree, but its ultimately Hashem's place to decide the fate of rashaim, He is the only one who can judge. We should always be careful to avoid judging others, even evil people, lest we descend to the level of those who devote their lives to destroying the Jewish People. I agree with Rabbi Carlebach that as Jews we should spread peace and try our best to remove hatred from the world

There is never a Tzaddik in the world who does not receive opposition. It's especially the Tzaddikim who people oppose.

There will always be people who bash their holiness.

There always has to be somebody only capable of seeing the negative in everything. and ignore any of the good. I feel sad for you .

He may have said some nice things but he was not a good person... People gloss over the facts and only remember what they want. He was an adulterer, an abusive husband and a drug addict, but since he had a nice voice people think he was good =(

Sorry Reb Shlomo (Olov Hashalom), the Poles and other AMALEKIM (like the GERMans, Lithuanians, Ukranians,Croates,...) must and will be DESTROYED, like they deserve. Their Jewish hatred is ingrained. Their reaction in this video is superficial. Don't fool yourself.

He did it because he believed in peace and did not want hatreds to be passed to another generation. Of course he was a social parriah. How could a man of such love be accepted???
