Very good presentation! Very clear and precise. Good job!

You give great insight on this video. I think web aspiring designers should see this before jumping right into coding tutorials.
I also agree with RZephyr07 about that 15" monitor comment, hehehe! We still have something like that in the house— it still works.
Cheers! :)

Haha, I love the 15" monitor comment. This is great stuff... I'm pretty seasoned with web design but sometimes it's nice just to get a recap of the preliminary design process. It really does help to just plan everything out in Photoshop or the like beforehand.

What if you don't use windows. What if you use Linux Ubuntu. Photoshop is no good for UBUNTU. What is the alternative. There is dreamweaver, and what was my favorite was Microsoft Publisher, again not for Ubuntu. So perhaps Open Office presentation, unfortunately Open Iffice hasn't introduced Publisher, of which is a big shame. I loved Publisher for designing webs. The easiest for beginners without doubt. But for Ubuntu although I love it, I can't find an easy quick software to design webs.

@englishmovielover These days, I rarely use Dreamweaver. As far as imaging goes, GIMP is probably the best linux distro.
