I have heard this before but this time it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Gladys for singing so beautifully one of the great hymns of the Restoration. I am a proud Latter-Day Saint and I know that it is God's only true church on earth.  Though I am just a man and make many mistakes, my testimony of the restored Gospel is unshakeable. As I listened to Gladys sing, the Lord's Spirit - which testifies to our heart of all truth - once again confirmed this for me. Thank you again.

The cursed people the book refers to are one of the small Semetic groups that colonized America anciently. A careful reading of the BoM would help you see that white people will be & have been cursed too. When Mormons speak of curses, we speak of matters that r highly spiritual in nature. By the way, Mormons were also persecuted for being against slavery.
