My thanks to all those who attended the workshop over the past 3 weeks. It was a lot of fun to meet and work with you all. Hope you found the material interesting and learned that position is more important than size/strength.

We can do another series whenever you'd like. Covering more advanced motion for chokes/grags/bearhugs or new material covering techniques on the ground. Spread the word and let me know.
