  • Growing up I used to watch wrestling from the Olympic on the UHF station 41 in NYC every week before cable tv came around. Used to love listening to Jimmy Lennon. Raul Mata I think was the champ then.

  • @Luizojeda1 I got your message to Bengali. He said "eramos bien camaradas". He was happy to hear from you. I found a few matches of Bengali vs. John Tolos, Al Madril and a tag team match with Victor Rivera and Coloso Colosetti against Mr. Mexico, Romero and Big Ben I just put up on Youtube. Do you have any ideas where I might look to find more? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The whole family really enjoyed them.Thank you Mr. Marquez.

  • I remeber the Blassie v Tolos series of matches. Bloody good. One match, both guys wore leather studded neck collars, to protect from Blassie's "bite", and Tolos' knee drop. Blassie was a major face in LA, until he up and abruptly left and came to WWWF to challenge Pedro Morales. Tolos should have come east to challenge Morales as well. Great wrestling from the Olympic back then.

  • I will tell bengali what you said, please let me know if you finish that video. I would love to see it. Thank you, Marcos Ojeda

  • Please forgive me sir. I just realized after subscribing to your youtube page that your "THE" Pistol Pete. Wow! I'm honored.
