Yotta's right calories are calories, if your gaining fat while working out your either eating way to much ya greedy fuckers or just not training hard enough! learning curve bro

There r not a lot of mistakes i found barely anything wrong with this video. And are you serious with the muscle pump thing. You need to get blood in there dumb ass. I hope you have educated yourself over these past eight months

what is the right food?

Good video.. BUT... There is A LOT of mistakes here...
Calories is calories.. IT doesn't matter where they come from...
If you eat more calories than your body needs, it WILL get stored as fat.... Not muscle...
You CANNOT shape muscles. The blood pump... I was like, "wtf"... Why would anyone want to get a pump?... what will it help?
Dips.. You are talking about CHEST DIPS..
Dont recommend people to make their own routines.. Noobs are almost always idiots, and dont know that they are doing

if u still look at your videos how important is recovery?
AlanBickerton 1 year ago
@AlanBickerton It's really important at both micro and macro levels. Don't know whether its the right language to use, but at the micro level you need to rest for at least 30 seconds between sets to allow your body to recover at least 50% of your Phosphocreatine stores so the ATP-PC energy system could be used efficiently again and at the macro level you should train one large muscle group once every 72 hours to maximise hypertrophy and allow "damaged" muscle tissue to recover fully. talk soon
