www.WanderingGaia.com visits a farm in Pachacamac, Peru, which makes biogas from guinea pig dung and uses the excess excrement to produce highly effective organic compost for the vegetables and fruit trees.

  • Holy crap I am in the U.S. and in the U.S. 3 tons is 6000 pound. That is a lot of shit a month. If they have about 1000 guinea pigs and are getting roughly 6000 pounds a month, that means that each guinea pig creates about 6 pounds a month each. WOW that is a lot, LOL.
