  • Again ended up here after reading about this in M&F had to see it for real. Truly a testament to bodybuilding/powerlifting.

  • I also came here after reading the article in m&f. Impressive seeing someone squat so many times, back to back.

  • Got to train with this guy. One of the nicest, most devoted guys in Powerlifting.

  • @deumcole

Thats Low bar posittion, many ppl have their low bar's too low what hits to their deph/performance. Trie switching to false grip hand position like Kroc does and u'll see.

  • hands down one of the most hardcore shit i ever watch bar none

  • i seen the same article and had to check it out. amazing!

  • i could do that on 1 foot

  • @mrlatino187 I think he's carrying the bar high, so high-bar

  • @rdeffleymoviesnew Safety. Pulling the weight off sounds simple but you could destabilise the bar if one comes off before the other etc. and seriously tweak your stabilisers / muscles / lose the weight off your back and hurt someone

Play it safe (not that this is particularly safe obviously :-D)

And for everyone who works on just beach muscles, take note. The squat rack is for squatting. The bench is for sitting on after you have squatted to be sick from the squatting!

  • F'ing AMAZING. Heavy ass weight and great form/depth.

My only question is why waste time re-racking, taking collars off, etc.. They should have left the collars off and as soon as he hit 8 with 500, they come in remove the plates with the bar still on his back, then he goes right into the 405 set, etc.. Racking it, waiting for the collars to go on, and then de-racking again seems like a waste of time/energy. Still though, one of the most impressive squat feats I have ever seen.

  • Esto es el infierno!

  • Strength personified.
