The Metro UI is a marketing disaster for desktop pc users with neither the desire nor inclination to buy an overpriced tablet pc. Navigation with a mouse and keyboard is tedious and frustrating at best. The interface is designed for touch. Scrapping the crap called Metro off of Win 8 reveals that there is next to NO improvements over Win 7 at ALL other than an invitation to pour your personal data into their cloud to let hackers have a go at it.
This embarrassingly looks like ME TOO.
Sad.
