Customized Police Sirens for GTA: San Andreas

BACKGROUND:
Traffic Stop - Quick Wail
Push horn quickly twice, first to activate the siren, second to turn off.

1st Method of Clearing Intersection/Traffic Series of Airhorn Bursts
Once sirens are on, tap horn repeatedly.

2nd Method of Clearing Intersection/Traffic Combinations of Airhorn, Pier and Yelps
Once sirens are on, hold horn until sequence repeats.

DISCLAIMER:
Its been brought to my attention that some people are experiencing strange sound problems after installing the sirens. For instance tire sound more high pitch, or during a police chase with a 3 star wanted level the police helicopter pitch sounds strange. I am currently trying to trouble shoot and debug it. Though both sound files right now are in the correct format, Mono 16-bit, I suspect the length of the sound sequence maybe too large. I'll see what happens if I trim them down to the original sound files, which the siren will loose multiple tones, airhorn, yelps or pier. For reference for those wanting to modify the files themselves:

sound_011.wav
Original sound file 3.77 seconds in length.

sound_012.wav
Original sound file 0.29 seconds in length.

**Shouldn't need to be said, but please give credit to the original authors if you plan on modifying either the model or the skin and releasing them publicly.**

Well, SAStateTrooper. I downloaded a police siren (the GTA IV one) it was cool but then the helicopter made a strange sound. So I made the sirens about 3,77 second long and the strange heli sound was gone :D

Thats the good news, the bad news is that now the heli sound is normal but when there is a heli chases me I hear the sound for about 2 seconds, then its 1 second silent, then again 2 second, 1 second silent and so on.

I'll try to find out if its sound 11 or 12 that causes this now.
