Mark Vargas, candidate seeking the Republican nomination for the 14th Congressional District, hosted over 300 people at his official announcement at Judson University last Thursday. The local leaders who endorsed and spoke about Mark Vargas were; James Stahr (CPA, Professor, Judson University), Joe H. Oliver (Global Mission Ministry), Dr. Jerry Cain (President, Judson University), Steve Rauschenberger (IL Senate), and Major General Carlos Butch Pair (Ret. US Army).

Mark Vargas was born and raised in the 14th Congressional District. He has honed his skills in Washington D.C. and in Iraq as a Department of Defense Economic Advisor. Mark Vargas knows how to bring back jobs to Illinois and fight for taxpayers against the generations of Washington corruption.
