@ssn708 You have obviously never held a taser, it feels nothing like a berretta, (the first difference is the obvious weight difference, and before shooting REAL pistol you have to take of the safety, on a taser you don't, so unless his finger "slipped" and took off the safety, this is MURDER. If he didn't know the difference between a taser and a beretta, he shouldn't of been given either of them.

@STRAIGHTWHITE1980 Way wrong. There were 5 suspects, none of whom had been searched, dozens of people encroaching on officers and refusing their orders to keep a distance, and 3 assaults on officers on the platform while this was going on. If you thoroughly research you will find this was justified use for a taser, which is what Mehserle stupidly, inexcusably, and fatally mistook his sidearm for.

Completely unjustifiable no matter what you say to try to justify it. There were 4 officers there vs 1 person. My heart goes out to Grants family and friends And most of all his daughter.
