Peak Moment 152: Kate Magruder feels that "Opinions make walls. Stories make bridges." Using narrative, music and images, Placement Project participants create short stories that not only empower the tellers, but also elicit respect, admiration and tenderness from listeners. Better community is a great idea, but don't let that become the controlling factor. We need better ways to do things, cleaner ways to do things for sure.

But, don't let the two legged demons drive us into little controlled groups that can't see out of that group.

I personally don't buy that we need to shrink down from the rest of the world. Make better locally and take that on the road to the rest of the world.
