  • On the original Gents recording, yes. In concert Eddie calls it "Eddie's Bounce."

  • You can tell with Eddie, as with Don Reno, that he's an accomplished guitar player by how he approaches the 5 string. I don't think anyone has ever had as much fun playing banjo as Eddie, either.

  • The song is really called "Bud's Bounce" - originally written in the early sixties by Steel Player Buddy Charlton who played for Ernest Tubb's Texas Troubadours..
