Yes it's true,this Maserati engine was a misconcept, but now it's possible to take this engine reliable like any another with some modifications , but it's expansive...

I owned this car for 5 years, selling it in 2001, I toured europe in it quite a few times, even competing in a few RAC eurotours, it was on the front page of a few classic magazines when i had it, I also Thrashed it around a few race circuits as well, Spa, Lydon, Nurenburgring old and new, Castle coome, the fastest i've been in it was 228kmph at the Ceram high speed oval cuirdit near paris. Its a real shame about the reputation that precedes these cars, when i had it never missed a beat.
