That's wrong. It's a natural characteristic of a language to change according to environment, ideology, culture and usage. If someone would force every human in this world to learn the same language and to pass it properly to the next generations, they would evolve different languages again. There is no use even to try it, it would only speed up the death of languages with a low population of users and wipe out the cognitive history of many cultures in the world.

@berlin388 Every language is hard to learn. I tried to learn Turkish but it's so complicated that I switched to Bulgarian (because I'm Polish) which is much more understandable to me as it's slavic language and some words are similar. I like Bulgarian music very much so this was the main fact that pushed me to try to learn it.

Holy shit, what all those languages are for? :-)))))) Nobody's able to learn all of them. Let's make one language for all and it'll be fine. Everybody will understand ech other.

@em3377
our main languages are: English, German, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish. All others are just out of curiosity. It's nice to listen to them for a few minutes. It is such interesting fact that all languages in the world are perfect. There is no "primitive" language. This would be a good argument for those advocating "intelligent design vs. evolution theory.

Dear Blackboard Project people:
You messed up at 0:28
"Soli ihandi nuu omakaya" means
"sorry, I don't smoke"
NOT 'excuse me, how can i get to the train station'
ALSO, 'soli' is urban slang. If you want to say "sorry" in Oshiwambo, then its "ombili"
