Well I tried it for a week and my blood sugar went too high. I stopped taking and it is back to normal. So I don't think it works for type 2 diabetes. But it sure smelled and tasted good. Too bad it did not work.

I've tried several brands of coconut oil, and I've very pleased with the products from Tropical Traditions. As far as it being a miracle food...I haven't noticed much change with myself, other than it clearing up some athletes foot, but my diabetic dog has finally become regulated, after nearly 2 years of fluctuating blood glucose. I started giving him coconut oil only last month, and within a week his blood glucose started to level out. No changes to diet, exercise, or food. Only added VCO.

as soon I see miracle on a product, I take eveything that is said about it with a pinch of salt. In another video this guy atlk about amazing research results, could not find many references.... Now that said I use coconut, I love the smell and it is very nice to my skin after long swim and shower. I love it in cooking as well. Probably a good product with health benefits but not a miracle product...
