They were part of a Taiwanese reality-TV type contest circa 1999. Turned out the fun was in the journey: a bunch of Jap hopefuls learning stuff inweek & then performing on the Super Sunday show. 4 gals made the cut & became the Sunday Girls (duh), cut one album & broke up. Sato Mai 0:36 is of 2 ex-members still in Taiwan showbiz today. Yuko Ando 0:11 withdrew during the contest (illness) turned out to be the most successful musically (in Japan).
Aisha was really lucky that the best contestant draw out due to some illnesses and that she could joint in and replaced her. Well, Aisha is doing great now, a very hard working girl indeed. :) Btw, Wu Dao Qian Jia used to be my favourite among the girls. Haha.
