@MrSid615 I'm not saying that everything he says is true, or fact, but they got caught up at a time when the Enron and Worldcom scandals rocked the nation. People vilified these corporate CEO's and their lust for greed. However Dennis Kozlowski is currently on work release and will probably see the light of day sooner then later. I'm sure he's still got millions in wrapped up overseas funds. He's already paid $200 million in restitution and a likely hefty sum to his ex-wife.

@MrSid615 If you watch Kozlowski's 60 minute interview from a few years ago, he says that he paid back all the interest free loans, & for 27+ years, the board would approve them & they would always be on the books. There had to be a fall guy, & the guy on top is generally going to always take that fall. A lot of the people that worked for him said he was a good man to work for. He was somewhat right when he said that he was a guy in a courtroom that makes $100 mil a year, something must be up.

This makes no sense; the guy is in jail. They found pretty interesting things, like the toga party for his wife's birthday. I do remember a Christmas party I attended at a corporate place, there were some managers snorting cocaine in one of the hotel rooms!. I am amazed he still has not told the truth of what really happened. Actions speak louder than words. There is something wrong with this picture . . .
