Elephants are too smart for this. We as their guardians should be doing a better job. We are trying to make them do stupid things over and over and this is just far too sad

@michaeljacksonxoxo jesus is probably one of the main reasons people act this way.well that book that was made about him. the fairytale people so mind numbingly cling to as if its still current. did you know in the bible it tells you how to treat your slaves and how to trade and sell them? humans. religion is fucking sick and the cruelty of animals is one of the many faulty results of this tragedy.

I hate shit like this man. Who the fuck are we as people to take these beautiful creatures out of their natural habitats for entertainment purposes? (Which to me, and a lot of other people, it is not entertaining) What right do they think they have to torture innocent animals for their own sick entertainment? Like Someone previously said, to train them like this, they torture them. Then when an elephant snaps and ends up killing someone, the poor elephant gets the blame. This is sick.

@14willkai Just so you know they train them first by sticking them in a small tight space (like a bull before letting it into the ring,) and stab its legs and sides till it stops thrashing so the trainer can get on top of him. To do the correct commands they have an instrument like a sickle that stabs the top of their head when they do something wrong. Almost trained elephants have scars on their skull. But there are reserves that buy worked logging elephants to give them a better life c:
