Peace March For Tibet - Australia

Tibetans from NSW community in Australia began a 3 day peace march and fast. The peace march from Bungendore to Canberra is intended by the Tibetans to emphasize that 2008 is a critical time in history for Tibet and Tibetans in exile must show that they haven't forgotten and ensure their voices will represent those voiceless inside Tibet.

The peace marchers wish to urge for international support to press for immediate dialogue and reconciliation of the Tibet issue between the Chinese officials and His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Hi Tenpa. It's good to be home safely after 13 months in China/Tibet. Certainly an eye opener! This 3 day fasting Peace March to our nations Capital touched me. Your video is on my facebook blog. I'll get emails out to my friends & spread the word any way I can.

PS. My new friends & EVERY Tibetan in Tibet is now living in great danger & fear. We must try to stop this BEFORE Olympic Games celebrations. Tibetans also have a right to have something to celebrate about!
