yeah, customers do have a problem with reading the fine print. I work at a pizza place and they find it hard to read the expiry date on the vouchers or the extra prices on certain pizzas.
If only you could charge them 10% extra for wasting your time or just tell them to go away, read the WHOLE voucher and call back.

she thought if she could bitch and moan enough that you or your manager would make an exception. i used to work at a hotel and ive seen people do all kinds of things to get their room for free. alot of people who have money, have it for this reason...life gives them a lemon..then they steal the rest off the tree and chop it down.

sweetie um you can not determine someones wealth on what they buy its called keeping up with the Joneses hence the big deal she made on delivery but what i tend to realize that wealthy people tend to be nicer and sweeter then the average joe who feels that by acting an ass you will think their rich so don't let the big spending fool you because they will return it a week later lol

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, this lady at the store i was working for ( I am a bagger ) starts tilling me when i am on my last bag of putting food in to put stuff this way etc. etc. ( LADY I BEEN A BAGGER FOR OVER a freaking year I know how to do this ) I so want to say " FUCK YOU BITCH BAG YOUR OWN SHIT ! " but i just said nothing.

LMAO love the video i was a sales consultant at wickes furniture. dealing with the retards aka customers after a while just became fun specially if you can have them agree with you how stupid they are indirectly.
p.s. $500 =$25 commission which was never worth the aggravation.

haha...my store closed a couple weeks ago, but i was surprised to find out another one near by was still open. i definitely DO NOT miss that place!

hahah, i LOVE when people accuse me of false advertising...
and i especially love when other customers step in and start to point out the 6 dozen signs around the store with the company policy CLEARLY stated.
gawd, i love the general public.... even though i lost faith in mankind years ago.
