"Why is the play stopped." is such an exploitable phrase.

I just had to make this one. For those who can't tell from the video the Canucks were called for a slashing penalty while already shorthanded, the puck rolls to the nearside boards and play is blown dead with Hansen and Rome standing near the puck but without either of them having touched it to confirm a change of possession. No broadcasts called attention to this so i thought I'd leave it to the WGN announcers to take care of it for me.
