@ creationists: Where's your God now?
-
If God is so real and so "perfect". Why would he let people starve?Because, they dont believe in him?NO. If God is perfect why would he let women/kids/even guys get raped? Why?Why is it that the smartest people to be on Earth are scientist and physicists and astronomers? tell me? I dont wanna be mean but the "Bible" is honestly just a book. Good to learn how to be a good human being but not good enough to be a defined proof of humanity itself. Sorry but Fuck the bible.

"And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.)." (Al-Baqarah 2:155)

By Al-'Asr (the time).
Verily! Man is in loss,
Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform good deeds (which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from sins and evil deeds (which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism, etc.). (Al-'Asr 103:1-3)

This world is nothing but a trial and amusement. Therein you see people being tested by ways of tribulations such as starvation, lack of poverty, etc.
But the good end is for those who believe, remain firm upon the truth, do righteous deeds and have patience - those will be granted the lands of Paradise wherein they will have all that their souls desire.
Perhaps some Qur'anic verses will explain it for you:

J'ai mis une autre musique à la place parce que celle que t'a mis c'est pas trop mon truc et que je la trouve pas assez planante, mais sinon c'est vraiment impressionant.
texanito92. idk how that is true?
we would be able to see farther than 14billion light years when new telescopes come out
dgkjoey 3 years ago
no because the light velocity is a year-light per... year.
that means that if a star begins to send light from 16 billion light year away, it will take 16 billion years to arrive at the earth. A new telescope would give us a better quality of the picture but you must wait that the light arrive to us ;)
another interesting point is that the nearest star from us is at 4 light year so I think that we can discover +/- 1 planet per year looking in only one direction (sorry for the bad english)

woops sorry I wanted to mean "...that we can discover +/- 1 STAR per..."
hum actually this is a really bad approximation because I dont have any idea about the density of the galaxy and others important details but its just to show you that 1 star per year is ridiculous compared to the billion stars already discovered
Texanito92 3 years ago
and yeah earth is very insignificant compared to the vast universe. Our best telescopes can see 14Billion light years. and we'll see even further asap.<3 the earth/universe/stars/and everything except hypocritical christians.
dgkjoey 3 years ago
hum even the most advanced technology only can see 14Billion light years.
Actually it's because the universe is 14 billion y.o (13.7 more precisely) and the light did'nt had the time to arrive
