This is an excellent game, but it didn't sell, and won't, just because about 95% of the Wii demographics consist of casual games, seniors, and young kids. There are very few hardcore Wii gamers now, thanks to Nintendo pushing hader and harder for casual games. The current Wii demographic is more interested in buying Wii music or Wii Sports.

New hardcore Wii IPs come with a very high risk of bombing, and MadWorld is a prime example. It's a shame, really.

@arahman56 Oh don't blame the casual gamers for everything. It's obvious that people couldn't get over the events of E3'08 and move on and that's why it didn't sell. They just want Nintendo to bomb entirely and are spoiled by HD graphics on the other consoles now.

And the last few years Nintendo was focused on trying to divide it's attention between the hardcore and casual.

in order to see more awesome hardcore games like this on wii we have to let know to the third parties that really worth it and the way of making this is by buying the games so i want to invite to all wii owners to buy more games like this and other great ones available for the wii right now like the conduit, red steel 2, dead space straction, house of the dead: overkill and others.

Hope so.

No More Heroes 2 coming soon, hope that sells well.

And MAdWorld devs might pull a Valkyria Chronicle and announce a sequel, even though it didn't sell so well.
