SteadyCam madness with AngryAussie!

I spent a day in melbourne today and i caught up with Andrew (AngryAussie) I decided to show him the SteadyCam that he made me get off my butt and make, i also went around melbourne and just goofed around really, if you want a step by step guide on how to make your own SteadyCam go here:

I usually go with rubber ball on a stick, it dampens hand vibrations pretty well, but this is a very nice step up!

I was in melbourne last year, and I am only upto the bit where you made friends with the birds.

Well, my mother and I were in a macca's, and in the 'outside area' which was covered up by clear screens, little sparrows were getting in, and there was about 10 of them just flying around.

Also, regarding what CrustySnipes asked, you could make the upper piece of tube shorter and the lower one longer to make up for the change in weight ratio with a heavier camera, that way the whole doesn't grow too heavy too quickly. Just fine tuning the leverage is enough.
