To clarify the occasion/venue where the clip originated, this was a part of a very brief demonstration of aspects of the WSLVT system (in this case, some simple "blind-folded Chi Sau) that was given at a conference on womens' health in Seremban, Malaysia, mid 2010....hence the ballons, etc. It is NOT a parody, ...it is a little taste of one aspect of Wing Chun/Ving Tsun training.

@WSLVTBS: I think that you may have exposed the real motive for your negative remarks in your haste to launch such undeserved attacks - why mention Sergio in THIS post??? He isn't in the clip, ...he isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the clip or the posts below, ...I think your true colours are showing!!! If you have something positive to offer the Wing Chun world, then present it; if you want to back up your words, make your attacks face-to-face instead of hiding behind a keyboard.

I think some people dont understand that Chi Sao is not fighting/sparring.

Chi Sao is a drill to develop sensitivity and learn to read your opponents movements and intent. This will help you to protect yourself better in a full speed confrontation once contact occurs.

If people judge WC on Chi Sao as though it were "sparring" then they are making a grave mistake.
