Green stool

Oh my god! It is not fake! Before the stool happened, this is what happened:
My brother quickly rushed into the toilet, so my mom saw his stool, I can't understand why they are saying "Cute, just like you!" So I was curious about it, then I saw the green stool really green! And it was a rotten bad smell bomb! Ewww!!!!
