Never mind. From what I've been observing I think power has to do with my units destroyed or damaged vs the destroyed or damage units I cause for my opponent, (although I could be wrong). Regardless, I went all out on this idea because thats the only low score that i received, and after many attempts I finally managed to get an S- rank. 100% baby, 100 on all. ( I did get lucky because at a crucial point all my characters filled up their star power.)

Hey AeroClash, thanks for posting. Do you by any chance know how power is ranked? Because I can pass with 100 speed and a pretty high tech but my power is alllwaays low. I'm trying to beat the game with all mission S ranked, but this mission just won't let me, I've played it mannny times completely dominating black hole army by numbers, building count, just entirely (except whatever they judge power by) and all I can muster is an A rank :/
