this was during the storm that hit omaha on march 23rd, 2009. video started at 156th and fort and ended at the kum n go on 132nd and fort. hail was nickel to quarter sized and covered the road and ground, i nearly slid off the road from it! the video from the gas station shows a developing wall cloud and poss funnel as it was moving out of north omaha. check around 3:35 into the video and look above and to the right of the power pole. this storm did drop several tornadoes before reaching omaha and then afterwards near missouri valley, ia.

  • It would be scarey if anybody tried driving through hail!! I enjoy severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, and hail. Please becareful if caught in hail storm!! LOL Nice Video!!

  • Omaha's been getting very lucky with these storms, with the exception of the Millard tornadoes.
