The project has published the Dont Give Up book that includes all 48 Best practices for language school managers and pedagogists, language teachers and students. The best practices cover every aspect of running a language courses and language school.

In my opinion, they drop out because too much grammar is taught in the beginning and secondly, they are probably not in love with the culture. People won't give up if the process itself is motivating enough.
