I am trying to download the beep test onto my ipod but I can only find the Australian version that goes up 1, 1.1, 1.2...... how do I find the one that goes up half a level each time (5, 5.5, 6, 6.5....)
@mromis07 nope it is the full 20m from one end our gym to the other end if you dont believe me search up Terry Fox Junior High in Calgary Ab and contact the school and talk to Mr.Lemon
Some of them are running too fast and way before the beep. I appreciate it can be hard to judge but if you want 13+ or are aiming for the high teens you have to conserve your energy through the lower levels. You tire out quicker by rushing off the lines for the beeps. But its a fantastic way to guage ones stamina.
