  • Hey Dr. Z, are these used only for electric heat?

I was thinking it could be used for a fan delay for any furnace, as long as there was a high limit inline with it that is.

  • @juncho1977 Sequencers are typically what you'll find to bring on the electric heat.

  • Thank you for the very informative video Dr. Z!! Really appreciate it!

  • @84randomdude Thanks for watching.

  • good vid. i dont like them things they fail a lot.

  • @V8Jagnut I have to admit that I'd rather use a contactor to bring on the heat strips.

  • You do a very good job with your videos. I get alot of emails thanking me for the few videos I did and your name allways comes up.I need to post more videos soon. Keep up the good work.

  • @therdtube Thanks.

  • @Dcdatruth85 Thank you for watching.

  • @yllekr123 You could as long as you're careful and are sure that the power is off to the unit before working on it. Also, you might have a difficult time getting the sequencer from a HVAC parts house unless you're a tech.

  • @nicholascapp Thanks for the compliment.
