@girlstorm09 The ingredients used are fattening, full of sugar and over all unhealthy. Google the nutrition facts on kids cereal and TV dinners and see for yourself. It's all "junk".

@akute1 Cereals like lucky charms, cap'n crunch, kix, frosted flakes cookie crisp, resse's puffs and honey smacks are loaded with sugar
