Hunter boots are made of rubber. With this in mind, you are going to notice white markings on your boots. Do not worry. This is completely normal. This is what is called blooming. Blooming is a process of the wax coming to the surface and acting as a natural protect in against environmental damage. To clean up the blooming as well as any other dirt on your boots, you are just going to take the hunter spray and you must spray that directly onto the boots. You are then going to take that rag you have, and you are going to wipe in circular motions on the boot.
