I am not claiming that it is a works car, I am quite clearly saying that it is a copy built to Special Tuning Spec. In-line 8 port heads were only available to the works cars, and not to impoverished amateurs ! - The Owner

Sorry this is not the works rally car, I owned the car NBL 786L which was 8 port 1293cc

Why was such a rare car allowed to deteriorate like this in the first place? The best thing to do with this would be to completely re-shell it as the body is so badly rotted, but I can't imagine it would be too easy to find a Marina body shell these days.

What a bloody shame, the body looks to be completely gone, but a lot of tasty performance bits on there, the car is truly historic though! It's a deluxe as well, same as mine !

engine can be re-prepared, i dont like the look of those body panels though.
