A review of the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket on AT&T. Check out our full written review at: http://www.mobiletechreview.com/phones/Samsung-Galaxy-S-II-Skyrocket.htm This is an LTE 4G GSII, and that means true 4G speeds, if you're in one of AT&T's very few coverage areas. If not, then HSPA+ is a pretty good consolation. The phone has a 4.5" Super AMOLED Plus display, a fast 1.5GHz dual core CPU, plenty of internal storage and a very good 8MP camera. It runs Android OS 2.3.5 Gingerbread with Samsung's TouchWiz software. For an LTE smartphone, battery life is pretty good. It's absolutely worth a look if you're in an AT&T LTE coverage area or will be soon.

  • hey lisa. again, great review! you mentioned a blue tint on the screen and that you adjusted the settings to fix this. would u be able to give me the specific setting you used to repair this? i'm getting my skyrocket next week and would love to have this issue addressed right out of the box.

  • thumbs up. thanks for the review

  • 5:00 Lisa, I'm guessing you don't realize that 1 megabyte = 8192 kilobits. You can't simply divide by 1,000 to arrive at your answer. Do the math and you'll see that those DL speeds were actually about 3.5 megabytes/second.

  • I'm inn an LTE Area! (: , HOUSTON TX! :D
