@neverenough1984 Fencing with two weapons is fun. I'm surprised to see them doing it though.

fencing means what? its root in english is defense, as in 'masters of defense'. so it's about defending yourself from attack. including grappling and striking techniques may not be modern sport fencing, but is certainly valid to what 'fencing' was for centuries.

No kidding, for 1934 they have the old salon look down pat. fencing is supposed to be sexy (otherwise, what's the point?) not flailing monkeys in codpieces neon doublets and crotch-straps.

After many false starts, dead ends & etc., I actually HAVE viewed (only just tonight) 30-35 seconds from the 1922 Gaudin-Nadi bout. I may be able to get something on YouTube by Xmas.
