It is inconceivable that Eric Holder can slither his way out of his gross incompetence with a load of double-talk. He needs to resign immediately. Let's not forget that when Khalid Muhammed was captured, the FIRST thing he said was that he demanded to be brought to NYC and put on trial before a civilian court! It really bugs me that the AG doesn't know weather KSM wants to plead guilty or not in military courts when it is his job to know exactly that. Really says a lot about the man.

I am just dying to know why the AG has no idea what KSM wants and hasn't even thought about trying to find out if he still wants to plead guilty in military courts or not. The AG is NOT doing his job. I really wish you would have pushed the question(s) "Why don't you know?" and "Isn't it your job to know?"
