Molly Galbraith of Red Point Fitness and Girls Gone Strong Front Squatting 235! No belt! Then I proceeded to bomb out on 245 but I had already squatted 185 for 3, 205 for 1, 220 for 1, 230 for 1. Either way... very pleased!

  • Well done on those lifts. Never used one of those bars before, where do you place your hands? Do you have probs with the bar choking you or sitting to far away?
