agreed...thank you for posting!-To the cadets: Your government is smoke and mirrors-Americans think for themselves,and so should an American soldier. We protect are borders, not other nations. Obama (like bush) omitted the only reason you will be going to Afghanistan,(ya its oil again)Karzai worked for Unocal previously,isnt obvious he welcomes you. He had many years to cut the poppy fields.Please consciously object-no more blood shed for bailed out bankers and their oil clients.

The Prime Directive for presidents: do not engage in nation building. The "enemy" (America-hating Islamic fundamentalists willing to kill us) thrive as strongly in Saudi Arabia as in Afghanistan. Ending our dependence on foreign oil is a better strategy that sending American kids to die in a country far more tribal than democratic.
