You might not stiffen up as you grow. If you find the time to stretch every day, a body can keep flexibility for decades. When I was a teen gymnast, my coach and teammates nicknamed me "Flex" because I was bendy even by gymnast standards. Now I'm 41(!) and can still do oversplits on good days. I did lose back flexibility but that's because I suffered a neck injury in my 30s. So what you have to watch out for is injury. Take care of your body because you've only got one. ;o)

Women's figure skating was definitely invented by men for men. This same young lady would run screaming if a guy came into her house and she was wearing only panties and a bra. But I guess if this is "art," then men are supposed to overlook the obvious sexual nature of the sport.

In the classic Biellman the back position in the layback is not anywhere near as pronounced ... Her head was down to her knees before she pulled her leg over her head and again the back arch is super pronounced her head is nearly touching her back
