@esla90 When he tears up the cards at the start of every interview, it's symbolic of destroying the standard form of interviewing. Instead, he acts like the common man, he acts like most people do in a normal conversation. He knows he says stupid things - he does it on purpose. But guests keep coming back over and over because of his laid-back style. He's perfect for those of us who are tired of the same old structured interviews. Understandably, not for all tastes. But don't insult him.

@ilovelondon66 Nope. He gave up drinking years ago. This is his natural state. :) He does his interviews as the "common man", not pretentious at all.
