@athergs Try using USB/BT Joystick center, this app helps you remapping the buttons like this:
Left Stick: DPAD-Left | DPAD-Right | DPAD-Up | DPAD-Down
Right Stick: J, L, I, K
Fire: DPAD-Center
Reload: 7
Weapon Slots: A|D|W|S
Also increase the sensivity in the gamepad settings.

My 3rd party MadCatz 360 controller didnt work correctly. The ShadowGun remapping is limited to action buttons like shoot, reload, pause, etc... the movement and aiming axes are not modifiable, and they're being interpreted as such: Look Left/Right is bound to left trigger, and Look Up/Down is bound to right stick's left-right axis. Not exactly playable, lol. I can't figure out how to remap this. Did you have to do any axis remapping for yours? Maybe I have to buy a MS 360 controller, or dongle?
